Biscuit Recipes

• Group 1
  • I cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3/4 cup coconut
  • 2 tabsp powdered milk
• Group 2
  • 1 tabsp syrup
  • 4 ozs butter
• Group 3
  • 1/2 teasp baking soda
  • 2 teasp boiling water

Mix Group 1 together in a bowl
Melt Group 2
Mix Group 3 together

• 2 egg whites
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tabsp melted butter
• 1 cup coconut
• 4 cups cornflakes

Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff
Add butter, coconut and cornflakes
Spoon onto a greased tray
Bake in hot oven

• 1 cup cream
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 cups self raising flour

Beat cream until stiff
Add sugar and beat again
Fold in the flour
Roll out thin on floured board
Cut into shapes
Put on greased tray
Bake in moderate oven until golden brown
